The match, held at the ANFA Complex, marked Ghising’s fifth consecutive hat-trick in the tournament, taking her tally to a league-leading 25 goals.
APF’s dominance began early with Ghising completing her hat-trick in just 17 minutes. Goals from Gita Rana, Saru Limbu, and Anita KC further solidified their position as title favorites. The win propelled APF to the top of the five-team Super League with six points, extending their unbeaten streak to ten matches this season.

The top four teams from the double round-robin Super League will progress to the playoffs, culminating in the championship match on January 29 at Dasharath Stadium. Ghising’s brilliance was evident from the start, capitalizing on a defensive error in the third minute and striking again in the sixth and 17th minutes. Limbu added two goals, while Rana converted a penalty and KC rounded off the rout in the final minute. APF’s clinical display underlines their pursuit of a fourth consecutive league title.
