Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has affirmed that the government will reach a decision regarding potential actions against Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Physical Development, Prakash Jwala, today.
During discussions with the newly elected working committee of Gorkha Journalist Society Nepal, PM Dahal emphasized that the government is currently reviewing the report submitted by the Investigation Commission on the Balkumari incident.
“The government will make its determination concerning Minister Jwala’s involvement in the Balkumari incident today,” stated PM Dahal.
Following the Investigation Commission’s findings, which implicated Minister Jwala in the Balkumari incident, opposition parties have intensified their calls for his resignation. They have also urged the government to take stringent measures against all individuals involved in the incident.
